Ordinary single jersey circular knitting machine Ordinary single jersey circular knitting machine has many loops (usually 3~4 times the diameter of the needle cylinder, that is, 3 routes/25.4mm~4 routes/25.4mm), such as 30″ single-sided machine has 90F~120F, 34″ single-sided machine has 102~126F routes, etc., with high speed and high output. In some knitting enterprises in my country, it is called multi-triangle machine (mainly Z241 type). Ordinary single jersey circular knitting machine have single needle track (one runway), two needle tracks (two runways), three needle tracks (three runways), four needle tracks and six needle track models. Currently, most knitting companies use four-needle track single jersey circular knitting machine. It uses the organic arrangement and combination of knitting needles and triangles to weave various new fabrics.
2. Single terry machine
Single terry machine is also called single-sided towel machine. It has single needle track, double needle track and four needle track models, and has positive terry machine (terry yarn covers the ground yarn inside, that is, the terry yarn is displayed on the front of the fabric, and the yarn of the second ground structure is covered inside) and reverse terry machine (that is, the terry fabric we usually see, the yarn of the ground structure is on the back of the fabric), and uses the arrangement and combination of sinkers and yarns to weave and produce new fabrics.
3. Three-thread weft insertion machine
Three-thread weft insertion machine is called sweater machine or flannel machine in knitting enterprises. It has single-needle, double-needle and four-needle models, which are used to produce various types of velvet and non-velvet products. It uses knitting needles and yarn arrangement to produce new fabrics.
4. Jacquard single-sided knitting circular machine
Jacquard single-sided knitting circular machine has two types: small jacquard machine and large jacquard machine.
1) Small single-sided jacquard knitting circular machine
Small jacquard knitting circular machine, called mechanical jacquard machine in knitting enterprises, it is simple, convenient and fast to change varieties, but the speed is low and the output is low. It has several types such as jacquard wheel type (commonly known as flower disc type), paddle type (swing type), drum type, insert type, etc., which are used to weave and produce various single-sided small jacquard fabrics, with ordinary single-sided, ordinary terry, sweater, transfer circle and other small jacquard machines.
2) Large single jacquard knitting circular machine
Large single jacquard knitting circular machine is commonly known as computer jacquard circular machine, because it can start knitting production by inserting the designed floppy disk into the computer and inputting the program, so it is also called fool circular machine. This machine uses computer program to select knitting needles for knitting, non-knitting and tucking. It has two power positions (looping and floating, looping and tucking) and three power positions (knitting, tucking and floating at the same time). It is used to weave and produce knitted fabrics with large patterns, and can change the color of yarn. There are four colors, five colors, six colors and eight colors that can be changed mutually. It has large jacquard single jacquard, jacquard terry, jacquard sweater, transfer circle and other jacquard machines.
Computer jacquard knitting circular machine greatly shortens the product design cycle, reduces the cost of circular machine products, greatly improves product quality, improves the economic and social benefits of enterprises, and improves the competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises.
