Name and introduction of sweat fabric
Sweat is the most basic fabric among all large circular knitted machine fabrics. As the name suggests, sweat fabric is the fabric for making sweat shirts.
Single jersey or jersey
It is used in knitted clothing for spring and summer T-shirts, fashion. Autumn and winter underwear. Sports and leisure knitted clothing. It can also be widely used in composite fabrics, clothing accessories, etc. It is the most common and widely used knitted fabric.

Common knitted fabrics
Silk-covered cotton, also known as polyester-covered cotton. Scientific name: added yarn plain weave. It was widely used in primary and secondary school uniforms in the early years. The front of the fabric is polyester silk and the back is cotton. The front has a better gloss. The back is absorbent and soft. The fabric is relatively stiff.
Cotton-covered polyester: Recently, there are also varieties with cotton on the front and polyester silk on the back, and some are given water-absorbing and quick-drying functional finishing.
Common types are 150D+32S, 100D+40S, 75D+40S, etc. Rarely, there are varieties with artificial silk covering cotton or silk covering cotton.
Slub jersey
It is mainly a jersey fabric woven with slub yarn raw materials. Recently, it is more common to see fabrics interwoven with different raw materials and slub yarn.
Here is some simple knowledge about slub yarn.
Slub yarn has three main parameters: the distance between nodes; the length of the node; the specifications of the thickest and thinnest parts of the node. It affects the style of slub jersey.
The machine number specifications of the circular machine that can be woven by slub yarn are generally coarser than those of ordinary yarn. For example: 21S ordinary knitting yarn can be woven at 24G, but some slub yarn 21S is easy to have holes at 24G, but there is no problem at 22G.
