Binji’s Spotlight: Pioneering Intelligent Solutions for Spandex INDO INTERTEX 2025

As a leader in textile machinery innovation, Binji seized the INDO INTERTEX 2025 platform to showcase our latest advancements in intelligent circular knitting machine technology , with a special emphasis on circular knitting machine tailored for high-performance spandex materials. These solutions are engineered to meet the soaring demand for sportswear, activewear, and undergarments—markets that prioritize precision, elasticity, and durability.
Central to our exhibit was the next-generation Circular Knitting Machine, a model designed explicitly for spandex blending and seamless fabric production. This Circular Knitting Machine integrates AI-driven quality control, energy-efficient operation, and real-time production monitoring, enabling manufacturers to achieve unprecedented consistency in fabric texture and stretch recovery—critical attributes for athletic and intimate apparel. Visitors witnessed live demonstrations of the Circular Knitting Machine crafting ultra-fine, breathable fabrics ideal for compression wear and lightweight sportswear, drawing enthusiastic feedback from brands and manufacturers alike.

A highlight of our showcase was the Gistex Collaboration: We extend our deepest appreciation to Gistex, one of Indonesia’s foremost textile producers, for lending us the Double Jersey open-width knitting machine displayed at our booth. This machine, previously sold to Gistex and now operational in their facility, exemplifies the real-world impact of Binji’s technology. By processing spandex blends with unmatched efficiency, our machinery has empowered Gistex to expand its production capacity for premium sportswear fabrics. Its presence at INDO INTERTEX 2025 not only demonstrated Binji’s technical prowess but also highlighted the trust and long-term partnership we share with forward-thinking clients like Gistex.
