The circular knitting machine is mainly composed of a yarn feeding mechanism, a weaving mechanism, a pulling and winding mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a lubrication and cleaning mechanism, an electrical control mechanism, a frame part and other auxiliary devices.
01 Yarn feeding mechanism
The yarn feeding mechanism is also called a yarn delivery mechanism, including a yarn rack, a yarn feeder, a yarn guide, and a yarn coil bracket. Requirements for the yarn feeding mechanism: 1.1 The yarn feeding mechanism must ensure the uniformity and continuity of the yarn feeding amount and tension, so that the size and shape of the woven fabric coils are consistent, thereby obtaining a smooth and beautiful knitted fabric. 1.2 The yarn feeding mechanism must maintain a reasonable yarn feeding tension, thereby reducing the number of missed stitches on the fabric and reducing weaving defects. 1.3 The yarn feeding ratio between each weaving system must be consistent. The yarn feeding amount should be adjustable to meet the needs of changing products. 1.4 The yarn feeder should make the yarn neat and the tension more uniform, effectively preventing yarn breakage.
02 Weaving mechanism
The weaving mechanism is the heart of the circular knitting machine, mainly composed of needle cylinder, knitting needle, triangle, triangle seat (including the triangle and triangle seat of knitting needle and sinker), sinker (commonly known as Sinker, Sinker), etc.
03 Pulling and winding mechanism
The function of the pulling and winding mechanism is to pull the knitted fabric out of the knitting area and wind it into a certain package form. It includes pulling roller, cloth winding roller, cloth expansion frame (also known as cloth supporter), transmission arm, and adjustment gear box. Its characteristics are: 3.1 An induction switch is installed at the bottom of the large plate. When a transmission arm equipped with a cylindrical nail passes, a signal will be generated to measure the number of cloth rolls and the number of revolutions. 3.2 The number of revolutions of each piece of cloth is set on the control operation panel. When the number of machine revolutions reaches the set value, it will automatically stop to control the weight error of each piece of cloth within the range, which is conducive to the matching of cylinders during post-dyeing treatment. 3.3 The cloth roll frame speed setting can be subdivided into 120 or 176 sections, which can adapt to the cloth roll requirements of various knitted fabrics in a wide range and accurately.
04 Transmission mechanism
The frequency converter controls the stepless speed motor (motor), and then the motor drives the driving shaft gear and transmits it to the large plate gear at the same time, thereby driving the needle cylinder to operate. The driving shaft extends to the top of the circular machine and then drives the yarn feeding mechanism.
05 Lubrication and cleaning mechanism
The circular knitting machine is a set of high-speed and coordinated precision systems. Because the yarn will cause a lot of flying flowers (cotton wool) during the knitting process, the central parts that complete the knitting are prone to poor movement due to flying flowers, dust and oil, which will damage the equipment in serious cases. Therefore, lubrication and dust removal of moving parts are very important. At present, the circular machine lubrication and dust removal system has injectors, radar fans, oil circuit accessories, oil leakage tanks and other components. The characteristics of the lubrication and cleaning mechanism are: 5.1. The dedicated oil mist sprayer provides good lubrication for the surface of the woven parts. The oil level indication and oil consumption are intuitively visible. When the oil level in the sprayer is insufficient, it will automatically stop and warn. 5.2. The new electronic automatic oiler makes the setting and operation more convenient and intuitive. 5.3. The radar fan has a wide cleaning surface and can remove flying flowers from the yarn storage device to the weaving part to avoid poor yarn supply due to flying flowers entanglement.
06 Control mechanism
The control mechanism is used to complete the setting of operating parameters, simple button operation, fault automatic stop and indication. It mainly includes frequency converter, control panel (also known as operation panel), electrical control box, fault detection equipment, electrical wiring, etc.
07 Frame part
The frame part includes three legs (also known as lower legs), straight legs (also known as upper legs), large plate, three forks, protective door, and yarn frame seat. The frame part must be stable and safe.
