When there is a hole on the pattern plate, the head of the horizontal needle extends into the hole on the pattern plate and the pattern tube, so that the hook end of the straight needle is still hung on the lifting knife. When the lifting knife rises, the straight needle rises with it, and the main line hook and thread drive the warp to rise. At this time, the warp yarn entering the warp hole also rises, forming the upper layer of the shed. A heald hammer is hung in the lower ring of the heald, and when the shed is closed, it returns to the heald by its weight. When there is no perforation on the pattern plate, the horizontal needle moves backward through the convex head, pushing the corresponding straight needle, causing the hook end of the straight needle to separate from the lifting knife. Therefore, the warp and warp yarn connected to the straight needle will not be lifted, and the warp yarn sinks below, forming the lower layer of the shed. So the movement of each warp yarn is determined by the presence or absence of holes on the pattern plate, and the holes on the pattern plate are rolled according to the design requirements of the pattern and structure. Therefore, the movement of the warp yarn also meets the requirements of the pattern and structure.

Operation procedures:

4. Do not place tools at will to prevent accidents caused by falling or falling during operation.
5. When the safety barrier is moved due to maintenance needs, it should be restored in time and returned to its original position after the maintenance is completed.
6. After maintenance, the machine should start and run slowly for at least 2 seconds. Only after confirming normal operation can the machine run quickly. The quality of the fabric should be confirmed to be normal, and the equipment should run normally before leaving the maintenance machine.
